Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Sunturn mobile game ("Sunturn", "the app"), made by Furkan Kaya ("I", "me"). By downloading or playing Sunturn you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Sunturn on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it
• Interfere with the ads in the app, or use the app for any unlawful purpose

Ads and hints

Sunturn is free and supported by ads. Hints are a free in-game helper earned by finishing levels with three stars, completing daily puzzles or watching optional rewarded ads. Hints have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are stored only on your device, so they are lost if you delete the app. A hint is only granted when a rewarded ad is watched to the end.

Third-party services

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Your use of ads is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. I am not responsible for the content of third-party ads. See the Privacy Policy for details on data.

Ownership

Sunturn, including its code, levels, artwork, music and sound, is owned by me. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Updates and availability

I may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing. I do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free of bugs.

Disclaimer

Sunturn is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. You can stop using Sunturn at any time by deleting it.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
